A 20" reborn baby doll finished entirely by hand, Saskia is built in soft vinyl on a soft, weighted cloth body — there is real substance to him when you lift him.
Saskia has clear open eyes with hand-applied lashes, with delicately painted nails, soft mottling and the layered skin tones that take a reborn artist hours to build up. He is sculpted with the fuller proportions of a toddler. Switch him on and you get a gentle heartbeat you can feel through the chest and a soft rise and fall in the chest, like quiet breathing.
