Cookie Policy

There is very little to report. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics trackers — the only things stored are the ones that make the basket work.

Last updated: 10 August 2026

The short version. No advertising cookies, no analytics, no third-party trackers. Your basket and wishlist are stored in your own browser and never reach us. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to keep. Related technologies — local storage and session storage — do much the same job but stay in the browser rather than travelling back to the website with every request. This page covers all of them.

What this site stores

Browser storage used by this website
NameTypeWhat it doesHow long
mrb:cartLocal storageRemembers what is in your basket between visitsUntil you clear it or empty the basket
mrb:wishlistLocal storageRemembers the babies you have heartedUntil you clear it

Both are strictly necessary for the shop to work, both live entirely in your browser, and neither is ever sent to us or to anyone else. Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for does not require consent, which is why this site has no cookie banner.

What this site does not do

  • No Google Analytics, or any other analytics package.
  • No advertising or remarketing pixels — no Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag, no TikTok pixel.
  • No social media tracking widgets. Our social links are plain links.
  • No fingerprinting, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.
  • No fonts, scripts or images loaded from third-party servers that could see your IP address.

Third parties

The contact, checkout and newsletter forms send what you type to Web3Forms, which forwards it to our mailbox. That happens only when you press send, and it sets nothing in your browser.

Our WhatsApp button is an ordinary link to wa.me. Following it takes you to WhatsApp, where Meta's own privacy terms apply.

Our server keeps standard web logs — IP address, page requested, time — for security and troubleshooting. These are not cookies and are not used to build a profile of you.

Clearing what is stored

You can empty your basket from the basket page, which removes that entry. To clear everything, use your browser's privacy settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Delete browsing data → Cookies and other site data.
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data.
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.

Blocking site storage altogether will stop the basket remembering anything, so you would need to complete an order in one sitting. Everything else on the site works fine without it.

Changes

If we ever add anything that stores data in your browser, we will list it here first and ask for your consent where the law requires it. Questions to info@myrebornbabies.co.uk, or see our privacy policy.
